I work with international and non-governmental organisations to conduct impartial thrid party evaluations. Largely qualitative, I lead highly participative evaluations that levergage collective intelligence: key informant interviews alongside interactive learning workhops in persion or online and dedicated feedback moments with clients ensure qualtity data with comprehensive reprorting the exceeds expectations.
Learning Reviews
Learning reviews allow organisations to learn from their work in peer-to-peer formats: understanding what works well, how ways of working are helping or hindering success and identify priority areas where changes are most linkely to contribute to meaningful positive change.
