I’m Danielle Kitchingman-Roy<\/a>, an independent evaluation and learning consultant with over ten years of experience supporting international organisations, NGOs and government partners around the world.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Based in France, I work bilingually in English and French, bringing a practical, participatory and people centred approach to evaluation, learning and capacity strengthening.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

My work focuses on:
\u2022 Evaluations and research
\u2022 Monitoring, Evaluation and Learning (MEL) systems
\u2022 Facilitation and learning processes
\u2022 Capacity strengthening and training
\u2022 Data visualisation and mapping using QGIS<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Over the years, I have worked across more than ten countries, including Afghanistan, Guinea, Haiti, Iraq, Niger and South Sudan, supporting organisations such as UNICEF, IOM, Expertise France, ActionAid and the Danish Refugee Council.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Whether designing an evaluation, facilitating a learning workshop, strengthening a MEL system or creating maps and visualisations, my goal is always the same: to help organisations make sense of complex information and use evidence to inform better decisions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

I believe that the most valuable insights come from the people closest to a programme or policy.
