I’m Danielle Kitchingman-Roy, an independent evaluation and learning consultant with over ten years of experience supporting international organisations, NGOs and government partners around the world.
Based in France, I work bilingually in English and French, bringing a practical, participatory and people centred approach to evaluation, learning and capacity strengthening.
My work focuses on:

• Monitoring, Evaluation and Learning (MEL) systems
• Facilitation and learning processes
• Capacity strengthening and training
• Data visualisation and mapping using QGIS
Over the years, I have worked across more than ten countries, including Afghanistan, Guinea, Haiti, Iraq, Niger and South Sudan, supporting organisations such as UNICEF, IOM, Expertise France, ActionAid and the Danish Refugee Council.
Whether designing an evaluation, facilitating a learning workshop, strengthening a MEL system or creating maps and visualisations, my goal is always the same: to help organisations make sense of complex information and use evidence to inform better decisions.
I believe that the most valuable insights come from the people closest to a programme or policy. That’s why I place participation, dialogue and local perspectives at the centre of my work, helping organisations learn from experience and navigate the path ahead.
